Easy Healthy Crustless Pumpkin Pie

It doesn't have to be Thanksgiving to enjoy some good ole' pumpkin pie!

SO easy to make, super macro friendly, and has ALL of the flavor! Here are the ingredients for this crustless pumpkin pie (almost like a pumpkin custard):

•1 can pumpkin (15 oz or 1 3/4 cups)
•1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
•3/4 cups liquid egg whites
•1/2 tsp salt
•1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/3 cup sweetener (stevia,truvia, or Splenda) I used liquid stevia drops to taste

Mix ingredients well, pour in pie pan, bake at 350 for 55-60 mins (or until knife comes out clean).
