WOW Be Inspired – I came across this video yesterday that shows
Equinox’s Briohny Smyth (Equinox Yoga Instructor). Smyth shows there’s
no limit to what the artfully honed yoga body can do. I am I would
love to flow one day like this! Namaste I believe we all should
practice a bit of yoga in our lives.
